Return Policy

NOCAP Market SL doesn't offer the possibility of returning products as we act as an intermediary between two users (buyer and seller). 

We offer you the option to put the item for sale through our platform.

From NOCAP Market we seek at all times to give the best service, and therefore, if upon receiving the order you are not satisfied with your item you will have 14 days to send us an email with the purchase number, from the email associated with your account to: support@nocapmarket.com.

To publish the ad you must click on the top right ''Sell'' and follow the steps indicated.

Subsequently, when you advertise your shoe and the sale is generated, we will only deduct 15€ from the ''SALE PRICE'', in reference to shipping costs, in order to minimize the cost for our customers.

Within 14 days after the sale, we will assume the return and shipping costs in the following cases: 

  • When we deliver the wrong size.
  • When we deliver the wrong product.

In case you receive an incorrect product, you must contact our customer service department: support@nocapmarket.com and return the product to our offices, in the same condition you received it, we will cover the shipping costs.

NOCAP Market is authorised to evaluate when a product has been delivered incorrectly. In cases where we don't recognise the failure, we are not required to accept the return.
