We guarantee that all our items are new, authentic and in their original packaging.

Through a detailed check, our team of experts ensures that all items on our platform are original and in perfect condition.

What is the delivery time ?

The current delivery time is between 6 and 12 working days.

Why does the price of a model change according to the size ?

Our platform acts as an intermediary between buyer and seller. The prices advertised on each item are marked by the value that the model has acquired in the market according to different factors. Therefore, in most cases the price is different depending on the size you choose.

How can I sell on NOCAP Market ?

To sell an item you can click on the top right ''SELL''. Below you will find a detailed description of the steps to follow for posting your ad.

What sales methods are available on NOCAP Market ?

There are currently two types of selling methods:

''SELL'', which consists of posting your ad and waiting for the item to sell. At the time of sale, we will send you an email with shipping information.

"DEPOSIT'', consists of publishing your ad and sending it to our facilities within 2 working days. After receiving your item and verifying that it is authentic and in perfect condition, we will post it on our platform. Your item will be safely stored in our facilities until it's sold.

Can I cancel a confirmed sale?

Yes! To cancel a sale you can send us an email to support@nocapmarket.com within 24 hours after the sale.

How to send the sold item ?

Once you have sold your item, you will receive an email with the label and we will explain all the details of the shipping process.

What happens if I don't send the item within 2 working days?

Each seller is responsible for shipping the item within 2 business days of the sale, so if the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the sale will be cancelled. If we detect that this happens repeatedly you will receive a penalty.

What is the payment term for our sellers ?

Currently the payment term is 5-7 days after verification of the item. Our goal is to pay the agreed amount to the seller as quickly as possible.

Why has my ad been removed ?

The ad will be active for 21 calendar days if you choose ''SELL'' selling method, after this time the ad will have expired and will be deleted. If you select the ''DEPOSIT'' selling method, the ad will not expire.

Why the price of my item not the cheapest for the buyer ?

If you have received an email stating that the ad is not the cheapest, it is because another seller has posted the same item in the same size at a lower price. The seller with the lowest price will be the first to sell their item.

What should I do if I send wrong item or wrong size?

What happens if the product I send isn't authentic?

All items must be authentic, in the event that our team of experts determine that the product is not legitimate, the seller must pay a cost of €25 for the item to be returned to his origin. The account will be automatically banned.
